Cleanwide – Terms and Conditions

Service Overview

Clean Wide provides residential and commercial bin cleaning services across Victoria. Our service includes cleaning and deodorising your wheelie bins on a scheduled basis.


Subscription and Payment


The service is provided on a subscription basis at $9.90 per week (including GST). Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, based on the number of weeks in the month. Payments are processed automatically using the payment method you provide. You can cancel anytime by notifying us in writing (via email to info@cleanwide.com.au) before your next billing cycle. Once payment has been processed for a billing period, it is non-refundable, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.


Service Schedule

Bin cleans are scheduled based on your local bin collection day. If your bins are not presented or inaccessible on your scheduled clean day, the service may be skipped, and no refund or credit will apply. If we are unable to perform the service due to weather, public holidays, or operational reasons, we will either reschedule or apply a credit to your account. You will be notified of any schedule changes via email or SMS.


Customer Responsibilities

Ensure bins are accessible, emptied, and placed in a safe, visible location for cleaning. Ensure there are no hazardous materials, sharp objects, or biohazard waste in the bin. Provide accurate and up-to-date contact and billing information.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel anytime with no cancellation fee by notifying us via email. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If you wish to pause or resume your service, please contact us at least 7 days before your next scheduled clean.


Pricing and Changes

Clean Wide reserves the right to update pricing, service inclusions, or terms with 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.


Safety and Liability

We take all reasonable care when performing the service but are not liable for damage to bins that are already cracked, damaged, or weakened. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by weather, vandalism, theft, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the relevant amount, as required by Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We only collect and use your personal information for service, billing, and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.


Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
